Nagesh Mahajan, a post graduate in public administration from Punjab University is the person who conceived the idea of developing the Estate. His 16 years of experience in real Estate made him able to achieve different taste & style innovating some breath taking ideas in launching commercial projects in Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh. Conceiving ideas , designing, implementing to the minute detail study, giving the best of business proposals, investment guarantee through “jackpot” schemes are his abilities. Janesh Mahajan, advocate High Court Shimla, at present central govt. council (appointment through, President of India) has more than 14 years of experience. Companies’ law panel is looked after by him.
